What are my FTP details ?
Solution
To obtain your FTP details, submit a ticket and we will send you these.
To publish your web site on your web space you will need to upload your web pages from your own computer to your web space on the IEG Design servers. This is done via File Transfer Protocol (FTP).
When you upload your website, your web pages need to be uploaded to the 'httpdocs' folder. This is the public root of your website. Also, the index page must be located in the “httpdocs” folder on the web server. If you place it in the directory above “httpdocs”, or any other folder your site will not be visible on the internet.
Generally speaking, the index page must be all lower case letters, not have any other characters in it, and have an appropriate extension, such as .html, .htm, .php etc.
